PLANTER&PLASTIC LAYER FOR SQUARE BLOCKS
Transplanting machine for plastic capable of rolling both polyethylene and biodegradable plastic film, fix it to the ground and plant through it.
The machine is semi-automatic and it works with compressed square blocks (usually 4 by 4 cm).
Its output is on average 5,000 plants per hour per row.
The machine can be assembled with three different frames:
- frame suitable for film between 140 and 160 cm width;
- frame suitable for film between 160 and 180 cm width;
-frame suitable for film between 170 and 190 cm width.
Should the plastic film be wider or narrower, it is also possible to build special frames.
The machine will be equipped with a different number of elements according to the clients’ requests.
Each operator can feed up to 4 elements using a special plant loader.
Every row is equipped with a plastic belt which is leading the plants to a synchronised system of grippers that are separating the square blocks and are placing THEM into the holes.
The holes are made by a perforator equipped with needles.
Under the machine there are small ploughshares making a cut where the plants are going to be released.
