MODULE MODULE

Modules are small cells properly filled with a peaty substrate. They represent the volume within which the seed develops and originates the plant which, with its roots, will occupy the whole module and will be fed by it. They normally have a cylindrical, conical, trapezoidal or pyramidal shape.

    Mulching means covering the ground with inert materials. This operation is carried out for different reasons: prevent the growth of weeds, keep the soil humid, protect the soil from erosion, prevent the product to get dirty by rainfall. This technique allows to keep the roots on the surface at higher temperature during the cold months and to cut the need of irrigation during the hot months.
